, here he goes and surprises us all with this little heart felt greeting...but all joking aside, you are right...I've been a pruin during past Christmases....mainly because of my spiritual beliefs...but alas the wind has left this old and tired body, thus I remain a simpleton among the masses...so this year was special...I spent alot of quality time with the fam...especially the kids...funny thing I noticed is that my daughter is all over me...whereas before I had to trap her for a hug, now I can't shake her...I want to impress upon my wife that we try and do more family stuff, and it doesn't have to be a trip, or a gathering...just a simple movie, or a drive...whatever...life is short, enjoy and embrace those around...
Also, I would like to state that as far as my playing goes I have decided to play guitar for the one reason I originally started playing guitar...for ME! Lately I have just benn picking it up, and playing away, enjoying it for what it is...not worrying about writing songs, learning stuff or answering and posting ads...just playing it for fun...cause when you get down to it, by the time alot of us finish our days, put our families to bed, what remains of the night should be spent to unravel, unwind relax and have fun...simple, ah yes...but that's how I like it!
I can honestly say in closing that, out of all of the discussion boards that I belong to, none come close to the openess, and friendliness of this board...coincidence, I think not...truly the quality of EBMM guitars unites those of us who live our lives the same way...Happy Holidays!
