That is a beautiful guitar........Do all the KOA's look like that? The Axis SS's on Musiciansfriend look nothing like that in their advertisement pictures,......it's like night and day. Beauty.

Sweet guitar Phil.....Congrats! How does it compare to the other BFR that you had?

Well, its heavier (weight-wise), sounds a bit brighter to my ears, and plays even better than my old one because of the ebony board. All around, I'd say it kicks my old Ruby Burst's butt, but my old Ruby Burst was a great playing, beautiful guitar as well. This Koa is just on an entirely different level though.
