Well, hi everyone.
Been lurking for like a year or something (a little after I bought the guitar), felt it was time to register and join the madness...
The guitar? Well, the guitar is great. It's an Axis SuperSport in cherryburst, if I got the name of the color right. I know, I know... no pics, no guitar, right? So, here it is:

The neck is great, the guitars sounds fantastic, customer support was great when I bothered them...

Anyway, that's it... Hi.

Region? I'm in the south of South America, at least for now. I figured my writing would give away that I'm from some country where English isn't the first language... Okay, more specifically, I'm in the south of Brazil, but I don't really like to say it out loud, ya know... Anyway, after graduating I intend to further my music studies somewhere else. Wait... anywhere else.

Anyway, thanks for the welcome, everyone!

About the ASS being the first of many, I surely hope so...

That's a great-looking guitar. I'm a new Axis SS owner too. My first EBMM.

Anyways, Brazil and South America have a rich musical heritage...and some timeless guitarists/composers: Bonfa, Jobim, Lauro (well...venezuelan but one of my faves). Appreciate the positive aspects of your country and heritage!

Also, at various other music forums, I've heard a KILLER guitar player from Venzuela (Carlos Eduardo Arellano). Just mind-blowing.

I do appreciate the musical aspects of my country, my problem is with the non-musical ones...
Anyway, most of is sold as "Brazilian music" didn't really come from the south, our musical heritage is a little different from that. We're probably the only state with a tradition in rock, for example... Aside from that, some of the guys that make regional music here are pretty amazing (I could give some names if anyone is interested).
