question is will EB do custom sets of strings? instead of gettin 6 plain and 3 wound singles will they do a custom set if You contact them?

No, they won't, unless you are a signature artist. But if you live in the US & Canada, or Britain & Ireland, or France, you can order the singles of your choice direct from the EB online store.
