New JP6

I just got a new/old guitar it is a JP6 Blue Dawn 2007 LE. It has piezo, matching headstock. No shield inlays. It looks and plays awesome. The bad news is I have to sell my silhouette. Oh well hope a forum member gets it.

yeah I just could not get used to the floyd. The trem on the Petrucci is so smooth.

I really want to get one of these too. I have an axis and another BFR version on order. Other than the obvious, how do the two compare feel-wise and sound-wise? How is the neck on the JP? Does the tremolo stay in tune? Is the piezo worth it? I really want a piezo equipped guitar.

Yes the tremolo stays in tune as long as you don't do dive bombs a lot. The piezo is awesome it is worth the extra scratch. The neck is not like the silhouette at all. It feels a little wider and flatter than the silhouette which like a c-shape to it.
