New member, Hello world!

Ok, so I just want to introduce myself. I'm a norwegian guitarist, I've been playing for quite a while now. I've been playing guitar in many different type of bands, from blues to metal. I'm also a bassist for a CCR coverband and I like that a lot too! I enjoy listening to pretty much anything!

I've owned a lot of guitars and I really love Musicman guitars. I have some plans to purchase a Gold Roller when I have saved up some money, and I have a Y2D on the way (used).

I have found out which ones that are worth buying! I would like to hear your thoughts on the Gold Roller model as well!

Norway is home to some of the most beautiful women in the world. I was walking around and couldn't help but to notice a high abundance of super-models. The prices will kill you though. It's one of the more expensive places that I've ever gone to.

Yes, Norway is extremely expensive. So you probably won't go here if you wanna take your girlfriend or wife on a shopping-holiday! But if you enjoy nature you should come here and see our mountains and lakes.

Reaaally sorry for raising dead post.

But how did you find the quality of the Cort Hiram Bullock Signature compared to Music Man? I know that the price range is extremely different but the materials Cort used for Bullock was very nice. I wonder what was the craftmanshift and playability, sustain? You can always swap pickups.

Edit oooops an old post so the following (in the main is no longer relevant)


......Quite a list of guitars - some of which I've never heard of.

I've been playing for 45 years but once I get a guitar I like I pretty much stick with it.
From 1970 to 2005 I'd only ever had a 69 Gibson SG (now gone!), a 74 Les Paul Custom which I still have (but don't play)
a custom built Tele built for me in 85 -then I discovered MM guitars in 2005 and have stuck with the ones I bought, only moving on a JP6 that a did a heck of a lot of maintenance on.

Gold Roller - played one at exhibitions and it played nice - but not nice enough for me to think that it provides something my other EB's don't. However, I would like to think that maybe one day I would have a Silo. Now if I could snag a real beater upper, I'd be on it in an instant - I don't care what the condition is - it could be snapped in half for what I care. I just can't justify spending big bucks on one.

Sorry, but this is the official EBMM company forum and we discuss EBMM guitars here. Companies wishes. Cort make some nice guitars at a nice price but this is the wrong place to ask for opinions on them.

Besides, the OP has been banned and so cannot reply, and you'll be far more far more likely to get a useful response elsewhere.
