Is there an adjustment pot on the new silent circuit? (There is on the old one)

That might be but on a brand new guitar I wasn't about to get in there and mess with it. It was either poorly adjusted (pot) or there was a circuit failure. Anyway, it all turned out good and I saved sales tax on the replacement purchase to boot.
