Such a beast, THATS gonna cut through the mix like no other EBMM period but also be subtle in the mid position. EXCELLENT choice.

I comes with a black guard and a tort. The tort one will be on there. I just love position 4 on the HS which is coils 2 and 3. Its magical!

Agree! I have an HH and love #4, too (it sounds very similar between HS and HH). And tort is a great choice for white. Enjoy!

I like the single coils. I always thought it would be cool if the Humbucker and the single positions were swapped. I like the thin single tone at the bridge.

Killer bass! Nice one!

The HS electronic can split the bridge humbucker so you get a pretty jacoish sound with the single coil close to the bridge. Plus, you still have that classic MM sound, that I would assume, most of us Ray / Sterling players are not willing to sacrifice. Anyway, the HS is a pretty versatile beast if you love humfree single coils and IMHO all 5 pickup combinations are very taste- and useful :)
