Do any of you notice how many photos are taken on forumites beds? What would Freud say?

For the record, my photos were taken on the living room couch (you know, the one no one is allowed to sit on except for "company")

My wife thinks I spend too much time with the Sterling as it is...she would not be happy to come home to see it nestled in her side of the bed as welll!!!!

haha..

BP, I theorize that EBMM forumites spend all their money on EBMM instruments. Therefore, they all live in tiny 1-room apartments and their only piece of furniture is their bed (and their speaker cabinets, which double as coffee tables).

Someone feels like Thor, eh?

Maybe the Sterling should be renamed "Mjollnir"

Hi there! I am the proud owner of the a new EBMM Sterling...Orange Tranparent, Maple neck, Serial No.F10013..and I must say she is a beauty!

I've been playing for over twenty years, (rock, funk, etc) but this is my first active electronics bass (I've primarily played Fenders and the like). I just can't get over how clear and powerful the tone of this bass is! You can play chords low on the neck (I mean like 3rd fret low!) and actually distinguish the notes!

During my search, I played quite a few basses in this price range, Rickenbakers, American Fenders, etc, and the Sterling was just superior in almost every way. Although this is the most money I've ever payed for an instrument, I think it was the best investment I have ever made! A few years ago I drfited over to the dark side and started primarily playing guitar at home and leaving the bass for paying gigs, but this instrument has renewed my love affair with the bass...I cannot pass it by to pick up the strat. It is just too beautiful! Even my wife thinks it's cool looking!

Anyhoo, I just wanted to say "Hi" and say "thanks" to BP and the folks at EB for making a quality instrument. You have earned a dedicated fan!

No if I can just figure out how to attach a picture!

Im 100% with ya, As an Owner of over 200 Fender basses and over 70 Ernie Ball Stingrays and Sterlings and an Awesome Bongo I Must say, Been selling these Nice Old Fender Basses, Who needs them when you have Ernie Ball/Music Man Making the Basses they Make. End Of Comment. Dave Jeffrey
