I had the same bass but in Egyptian smoke (and RH). It was amazing. One of the most versatile and most powerful basses I have ever played.

I sold it because.... because I am a dumba$$!:(

Honestly... after all of the Sadowskys, various Stingrays, a Sterling, Laklands, Fenders, etc. that I have owned in the last few years...... the Bongo is the ONLY bass I really really miss.

I will own one again!:p:D

Is that a trans-orange stingray in your avatar "Marleys Ghost"???? If it is.....I want that!!! Would totally buy if you ever want to sell it.

I have to say...this is the most amazing bass I have ever played. The intonation is perfect...even on the low B all the way up the fretboard. The B is clear and articulate, no mean feat for a "34. And tweaking the EQ takes it from a deep thump to a growl to a trebly grind. And it feels very comfy...no neck dive at all!!!

More to come....
