Wow! That sounds great... excellent composition and very very tight recording! It sounds like you've got some fusion influence in your playing. Very impressive! If you don't mind me asking, what are you using to get your guitar tone? It sounds really smooth.

Cheers, I'm just using a PodXT for the guitar tones actually, but with a voxengo curve eq (just bluffing really, don't really know what I'm doing with it)...

Which track is the new one? Your links take me to the soundclick home page and to your profiles' main page.

Other Questions:
What did you use for the guitar sound aside from the POD? Re-Amp? Layered tracks?

What did you use for the drums?

I like this stuff man. Very very nice.

Yeh double-tracked left and right...Umm layers of clean and heavy sometimes, but not much else...Post eq I suppose. And Reason for the drums and synths.
Thanks for listening!
Oh, and it's hall of giants, the first track.

2:35 - 2:52 is quite possibly the coolest thing i've heard in a while! Good job on the whole song, but that part in particular caught my attention big time! Great job...

Thanks for listening! That bit is quite tricky to play...Is the guitar you're selling your Roadster for a 20th Silo with piezo by any chance?

Sounds good!!! :)

The only suggestion I have is for the Reason drums. If I were you, I would adjust the softness/hardness of each hit to make it sound more human-like instead of like a computer. Reason is a great program, isn't it? :)

But, damn dude.. great playing. It really sounds cool.. and fresh. :)

Actually, I love :53 - 1:15 and 2:12 - 2:35. Great feel and emotion. I agree with the comments on the drums. The rest is top notch, but the drums sound and feel a little fake/bland. Who am I to talk though....I WISH I could play and write that well! :p

Great tune!
