I am new Ernie Ball/Music man owner and couldn’t be happier. I recently purchased my dream guitar (EBMM EVH Sunburst) and wish I had done it years ago. It has rekindled my desire to play! Since then I have already purchased another guitar (EBMM AXIS custom). My only problem is that both of them happen to rare guitars and are in too good of condition (mint w/ plastic still on the covers) to really play. I wanted to drop a line in and see if anyone happens to be selling an AXIS, preferably a Tobacco Burst or Vintage Sunburst. I’m not too concerned about it being in perfect condition as I want this one as a true player. I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong location?

I also wanted to thank Brent Rocks for all the good EBMM info and for the strings!!!

Cheers,
WhatTheFetch

Welcome to the Addiction!

My thought and it is only my opinion....these guitars are meant to be played. Play them....they are bullet proof!

Hello & welcome

IMHO, every guitar is made to be played, especially an EBMM (they sound so great). The artistic value of a guitar is not only in its look but in the sound it generates !

I know you guys are right, they should be played and I will play them. I just want to get one that I don't feel depreciates (as much) everytime I pick it up! Regarding pics, I need a few tips on how to post pictures. I will be happy to put some out there. I got a few!!

Thanks for the replies!

You uploaded that pic as your 'profile' picture. It only shows up when someone views your profile.

You want to upload it using "Edit Avatar" to have it show up in your posts. That's a separate image from your 'profile pic'.

Welcome Greg, if you go to photobucket and join (it's free) it's really a case of uploading them. BTW what makes your Axis, custom?

Hey Colin, My Axis from what I understand is one for four made. It is Flat Black with Red Accents a Rosewood neck. It was produced for the Battle of the Bands 8 on the 04 Warped Tour and does have the logos on the guitar. I really liked the colors and was originally hoping that the logos where decals. However, they are in the finish so they are permanent. I guess that only makes it more unique. I will be posting pictures soon. Thanks for the info. on photobucket.
