newer LUKEs VOICED DIFFERENT?

hey i was wondering could someone tell me if say a luke made in 2001 is voiced any different to a luke made in the last year or so?
im meaning the pickups and stuff??

I think they've used the same EMGs in the Luke since the beginning. I think the only differences are the "Luke 1" had a Floyd bridge & a single voulme pot (no tone pot).

i do hear a slight difference in the tones in the 2006 to the 2001
maybe just unique?

there is zero difference. the bfrs do have a little more focused mids tho

The tone pot in the circuit could account for some difference.

All my 5 Axis guitars sound ever so slightly different.

my guess is there is only a difference in the several settings of the Luke.
e.g. low action, floating tremolo, strings and so on....
