And she sounds awesome... like a good Silo Spec .. this is a real Silo Spec loaded guard with the silent circuit and all... wired it in with the molex connectors like any other Music Man...
crazy! very nice! looks good with the tortoise pickguard.
how do you make your cinnamon look that greenish, mine is more of a sparkly brown - on pics and in real
As you own 4 SUBs - how are yours in weight?
I have a Silo 3 and it has this weird resonance that I thought was cheap pickups but now that I have DiMarzio Areas in it, the resonance is still there. My bass player says is sounds "alive", but I feel like it sounds bad. My actual MM Silo hardtail doesn't do this. So could it be the chrome saddles? The fact it's a tremolo with springs? I am thinking I'll block the trem with wood and replace the saddles with stainless steel and see if that helps.
I am glad yours sounds like a regular silo, that's what I was going for!
Doubt saddles have anything to do with it. Play unplugged and listen very carefully for it. Could be the springs vibrating (in which case there are easy fixes. Could also be a length of string between the nut and tuners.
