I had sold my 2001 White Sparkle Albert Lee and really missed it the last year or so - that tone! But it didn't have a trem and so I let it go. (If you have one with that finish, shoot me a message, I'm still haunted by that sparkle!)

Anyway, I found this locally a couple days back and really love it. In great shape - it was toured so a few little dings - sounds unreal.

I am curious about doing a pickguard swap. I miss the pearloid of the 2001...anyone hankering for this pickguard and want to trade? I have the back plate as well. Or anyone have a pearloid or other to sell? Looking for a factory case as well.

Still getting used to the painted headstock, I'm sure it'll grow on me.

Anyway, super thankful to have found one at a good price locally!

Just went through that thread - super cool! You still have that white sparkle? Loooove that finish!
I absolutely do!!!!! It's a guitar that I will never part with. Mine had to go back to EBMM, it had been hanging on the wall at GC, I had it moved up to where I live to check it out. UPS, lost it I thought it was gone forever and then I found an angel at UPS who located it. It was NOS from 2001, I think I got it around 2006/2007. It made major fret sprout and was beat to hell, luckily the finish was like new. I shipped it make to EBMM from warranty work and a friend that no longer works there was the service guy, he completely hooked me up with the white pup covers and did the chrome knobs for me. The guitars that last are the ones with the best story. ;)

PS, that looks like a great neck.
