After weighing up cost and availability, I finally got what I wanted today, after sending back my BFR jp6 Blackburst and realizing that I couldn’t afford an ordered BFR I had delivered an Albert lee HH Tobacco burst and after playing it realized it was a combination of looks, playability and sound that persuaded me to buy it.
Also giving me the opportunity of buying a black star Ht5, an Ernie ball pucker lead and 2 sets of strings plus money back.
My Camera is dead at the moment so the only pics I have are from the strings and things website
After playing through the HT5 I’ve realized how much I’ve missed that pure valve tone.
I’ll get a camera from work and take some pics on Monday.
