Thanks for the advise on my "What should I buy?" thread...In the end, I went with my gut and figured this isn't the last guitar I will buy, so why not save for an Axis and JP as well... :)

Great guitar, welcome to the addiction!

And yep, You're absolutely right - this is only the start of things (it started with a Morse for me almost 10 years ago :D). The great thing about the Morse is - this is the guitar if You want to sound great in any situation, any style, any place, and have MANY possibilities (almost like a built-in effects processor, actually).

Beautiful - looks like a Morse Blueburst to me. I know they're darker than they used to be (mine is). Please consider accepting an invitation to join the S.M.O.C. (Steve Morse Owners' Club).:D

It is a blueburst and it's darker than all the earlier bluebursts I've played...a couple of great musicians locally have Morse bluebursts from the 90's and they're all very light/bright by comparison

I humbly accept a membership in the SMOC :D
