Hey all,

No pics yet as our camera is broke, but maybe Pete can help out for the time being.:D Thanks a Lot Pete!!!

I just received my DD2 Luke and must say this is the total package. The color is awesome, the ebony board is glass smooth, the inlays are exquisitely beautiful and tasteful, and the feel of the neck is out of this world. Thanks to all (BP and crew) who made this guitar possible at EBMM!

I compared this to my red Luke and the one thing I automatically noticed was that the DD2's high E string isn't as close to the edge of the board as my red one. Don't know what exactly that's attributed to but I get along with both fabulously and am in 7th heaven. As a matter of fact I was having second thoughts on having to give up my AL to get this, but no longer have that feeling. I will get an AL in the future when I acquire some more funds, but I couldn't pass up this opportunity and I'm glad I didn't.

I apologize about no pics as I've been around enough to know the protocol, but I just had to share my excitement. I've tried all sorts of different guitars and own a couple others as variety is nice, but the Luke seems to be taylor made for me and is my number 1. If I had to take one electric guitar to a desert island, it would be my Luke.

Slav, Jack, I glad you're digging my former Axes! It's always hard parting with them but I'm happy they are still in good hands with the family. Enjoy!
