Shh, now is not the time for words.
These are the images that Ben had listed on his website for this guitar- if you want to see them in full size with all sorts of zoom functionality check it out HERE while it's still up.
Here's some crappy ones (Need new camera ><)
Videos!
Before you watch- I cannot get the video to sync up. I have no editing software and just this phone so... I'm sorry ><
This phone makes me sound like I'm drunk and totally neuters my shiny guitar tone >< I am not pleased about it.
Also please forgive the abysmal guitar playing- I've been playing for like a year and a half and still suck, I am not worthy of this killer instrument :ugh:
I should have a better quality recording lined up for the Majesty when it gets here.
Guitar review and some tones:
More vids of it on my channel
The Guitar:
This thing is amazing. It plays like a dream. Set up at 1 millimeter action it barely buzzes and the buzz it does have is very tolerable. Bends are still easy though the technique is a bit different on the low action and 17 inch radius setup.
The tones you can get out of this thing I can barely begin to count. The piezo system is incredible and the pickups just sound great to me in any position. From clean chording to twangy/crunchy blues/rock sounds to high-gain face-melting it does it all.
When I first plugged it in and played an E power chord time seemed to hold still. Somewhere in the distance someone's grandfather got pregnant with quintuplets and, after a gestation period of a single syncopated measure of 7/8, a Dream Theater tribute band was born.
A jogger passing my home stopped dead as his face melted clean off of his skull.
Somewhere overhead, a pigeon crapped itself in sheer respect and awe of the beautiful sound passing over it.
Creation stood still.
Such tone.
So power.
Wow.
Compared to the base JP13 the rosewood neck is just as smooth and amazing (moreso in my opinion). The feel is much the same. I get the impression of playing an unfinished and a finished neck at the same time. All of the grip and responsiveness of a finished neck with the smooth, effortless action of an unfinished one. Sublime.
The trem flutters like a hummingbird's heart after a line of Columbia's purest. You even look at that thing funny and it'll flutter. It's great.
If you've got any questions for me about this instrument or are thinking of getting one and need some encouragement just shoot me a PM or post here. This thing is awesome.

I got this guitar from Benji Peterson at Glory Days Rock Shop.
As a salesman and as a human being overall he was just fantastic to work with. He gave me a fair and reasonable price considering the value of the guitar as well as our specific circumstances- he didn't try to up sell me on the value of the guitar or BS about comparing to other dealers.
It was straight forward, I wanted to buy a guitar from him and him and I both knew what it was worth so we just got to the #'s. I won't go into the details of the deal but I promise you he will treat you well if you decide to shop from him.
Once I paid for the thing he came in on good Friday (his day off) to check the setup and make sure it was shipped to me that same day.
Not only that, but it arrived at my house today (Saturday) almost exactly 24 hours from when he shipped it (maybe even shorter).
AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, screw case candy, the guy included a case roasted turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. I'll leave that as a surprise for anyone who shops with him but my goodness talk about going above and beyond.
Talk with your money, buy things from people like this who still have integrity and promote a sense of decency in the instrument retail industry. Sometimes it's easier to go with big dealers but for me I've found my 1 stop shop for all my guitar needs and I feel good investing in people who invest right back in their customers.
Thanks for reading/watching- I hope you all got some enjoyment out of this post.
Stay tuned for my Majesty 7 NGD when it arrives later this summer. I should have a ZOOM Q3HD by then for recording which I hear will be a bit better than this garbage (my mighty weapon deserves better!)
PS: Obligatory cat pics

He's using solar flare on me
