I have wanted a Music Man JP7 for ages, since the original JP7 was the newest and only model that was around. There were numerous times where I began saving, but then went with another instrument instead, I always had a hard time justifying the price.
Recently I made the decision to go jam on some JP7s at Guitar Center, and absolutely fell in love with the feel of this guitar. The neck is unbelievably fast on this guitar, I cannot get over how smooth it plays. I am also in awe at how smooth the trem feels, and how well it stays in tune despite being a non locking system. And don't get me started on how gorgeous the piezo sounds. I finally decided to take the plunge and buy the guitar I have been lusting over for years. I couldn't be happier.
