NGD:My First Ball!

Hey guys, my first MusicMan Guitar just came in today! She's a beautiful JP6 BFR Tobacco Burst with a mean looking Quilt Top. Looks awesome(although it's smaller than I expected). Plays like a dream. Sounds heavenly. Smells good too. What more can I ask for?

My only complaint is that the strings aren't fresh and things can sound weird on overdrive, especially on the g-string. A change of strings should do the trick!

Kudos to the Ernie Ball MusicMan Team for putting in the effort and time to craft such a great guitar! Truly a job well done on this one!

You may already know, but if things sound weird on overdrive, make sure the piezo switch is off - you don't generally want that signal going into your drive channel.

Not really. Although I did play some simple bass guitar on stage for sometime....

Yup, the piezo's off. It sounds perfectly normal on clean. Amp's not at fault. Sounded normal with other guitars plugged in. I really need a new set of strings....
