NGD!! Pacific Blueburst Axis Super Sport piezo.

I love my sunburst Axis Sport with piezo & trem. I've been using it for lots of acoustic gigs where I run the piezo through our small PA for my main sound...and then I run the magnetic pickups through a little low watt tube amp (that I have cranked up for some nice gain) that I blend in for when I want some gainy lead sounds....its such a killer set-up.

So...I've been wanting to experiment with a Super Sport hardtail (ash body vs. basswood/maple body....trem vs. hardtail) for some variety.

I found this on the GC used page for a nice price and in perfect condition. Another fantastic guitar...as they always are.

I snapped some quick pics tonight. It is so hard to capture the actual color. Its got more of that aqua kind of color going on in the middle...the edges are really dark blue...almost black in some light. This is such a great color.

Wow, it is beautiful. The blue ones are great. How it sounds? I'm not so interested in matching headstock, but on this guitar it is so natural.

piezo is a great option i can't imagine mine without that
i use piezo also with clean electric sounds it's just crazy in stereo with a subtle mix of magnetics and piezo
