I've been eyeing this guitar on the GC used site for awhile now. I wanted a black Axis, then thought I would trade my 25th for a black Reflex, then I kept watching Alex H. playing his Axis Sports on YouTube and remembered how much I liked the one I had a few years ago, so I made an offer on this one and here it is. I didn't really want to get rid of my 25th anyway.
This is a cool little guitar. It's in fantastic shape....near new, no fret wear, no scratches dings dents etc..., and no wear on the back at all. I don't think whoever owned this thing ever played it. Sweet. Another fantastic example of Music Man quality and design.
It has a little flame in the neck with a cool wood grain too, and Black Sparkly goodness!
So, the ? to all of you is: Black stock pickups or Chrome Axis pickups that I bought from Fred (thanks Fred!)?
