Greetings. This is my first post here and I wanted to share some new guitar joy. I just got my first ever EBMM guitar, a Sterling JP60.

Last weekend I went with a friend to GC to help him pick out a new guitar. I wasn't looking for a new guitar myself, but while there I randomly picked up a JP60 off the wall and was blown away. I thought about the guitar for a week and went back yesterday to see if it was still there. It was and now it's mine.

I know this isn't one of the top-of-the-line EB models but it's very nice. I've been playing a long time and know what quality feels like. It sounds great, but the feel is where I really enjoy it. It's as if someone built a guitar around my hands and made it a perfect fit - that's the best way I can describe it.

Anyone else here play this model?

Welcome to the forum family! Congrats on a great guitar!
Thank you, DrKev, for the welcome. I really am loving this guitar. I can't say enough about the build quality and how it performs. I finally have a guitar that I can use the trem on and it not go out of tune! Also, I've been playing a Jackson Dinky for a while and didn't realize how bad it sounded till I got the Sterling. All my chords were muddy with the Jackson but are clear and ring out with the Sterling. It has much better pickups, apparently. I also love the locking tuners, and the "JP" badge at the first fret just looks cool. I'm very happy! If the Sterling is this good, I can only imagine what a legit EBMM J6 is like!
