My cousin and I had a ball party to commemorate a triple new guitar day! He got a new trans orange Sterling and a white 7 string Majesty (which is insane!) I got a Luke III with the single coils! Love these guitars!

Hey Richie...lovin that Luke.
BTW...just saw a queen tribute band (a kind of magic) with my gal last night. The guitarist was fantastic. Singer only so so.

So to really impress her i showed her your BR vid. Her response..."Where was HE last night?"
Still the most amazing thing ever.

Just saw youre playing same bill with DP in CA.
Any chance you're doing the scottsdale show at talking stick 8/4? We're heading to that one.

So much goodness here. Slime Axis is still my favorite but couldn't help but notice that your Bali Luke has a roasted neck, you dog! Great bunch of guitar there!

Hey Kbaim,

Thanks for sharing the video! I give a lot of credit to anyone who can sing like that night after night. When I did those tracks, my voice was totally shot after a few takes. I just saw Queen with Adam Lambert and he did a phenomenal job on vocals.

Unfortunately, we're not doing the Scottsdale show, just the 2 California dates. I always love playing with Deep Purple, because I get giddy watching Steve Morse and Don Airey!

Awesome collection!

What are your thoughts aboout the Morse ENGL? And how it compares to your Mesa?

They both sound great. The Mesa and half the guitars in these photos belong to my cousin. The Mesa has a lot more high end, and the clean sound is a bit more Fender-y, which I like. The Engl has a lot more personality in the mid range. It also doesn't get fizzy as the Mesa can sometimes get. Both good, but really different!
