I saw this and HAD to pull the trigger. I haven't bought a new electric in a long time. My main - and only electric - for the past several years is a standard Albert Lee. I saw this Silhouette Special with the roasted maple neck and larger stainless frets and basically had to have it. The setup was pretty much dead-on after tuning up out of the box. It is just a great guitar. Plays great, sounds great, nice to look at; also very light and comfortable. It prompted me to post on this forum for the first time in a long long time. Woah, where did you find this? Please tell me there was another next to it that I can get.

Problem is : it is NOT blue. Seems like camera captors just won't get that deep turquoize color! The "greenish" part of the color doesn't show!

I'll bring it to school tomorrow and ask the photography teacher to capture it for you!
If he can't, then you'll have to buy one to realize by yourselves how SWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETT it is.

Look forward to seeing more pics.

Neck is far from exceptional : no birdseye nor flamed.

I was not a lucky winner at the neck lottery.

BUT it feels and sounds great! So I'm happy!

Sounds like my axis hahaha. Theres literally like 2 spots of birdseye in the whole darn thing haha

I went with an AL myself this run! You don't see many with a white pick guard. Nice choice! It looks fantastic.
