Well I pulled the trigger and decided to get a Albert Lee HH and not the Axis SS. The rosewood neck just won me over! Plus the Al HH just seemed to have more over all tones that I would use. Well here she is!

I like the tort pickguard but I ordered a white pearl when I bought the guitar. I just have a thing for white pearl and I think it will bring out the red some more.

Thanks guys! i have been playing the guitar all night and all I can say is WOW! I have owed many major brands and all kinds of guitars and this one just seems to fit me the best. It sounds crisp and clean coming from my AC15 and Killer, fat and full from my Mesa Triple Rec. I am thinking about selling off some gear to make room for a AL with the 3 MM90s or a BFR. Oh the choices. I know a lot of it is from the hype of getting new guitar today but I think EBMM has hit a home run with this guy! And the Rosewood neck is just AMAZING!

Now like I said I was going to change out the pickguard on my Al HH i just got and I just wanted to get input on what you guys think. I am 50 / 50 on the tort guard that it came with and the white pearl pickguards i just put on. any comments welcome.
