Well, I've been thinking about buying a Luke for quite some time, and also thought about selling my JP, since it is a shredding machine and I'm in a different guitar-stage life now...

So, a friend was looking to sell his Luke, and, while it showed some wear (a sign of the times) it plays flawless and sounds just amazing!

And, at last, here it is...did a fair trade and cashed some bucks for another Ball :)

Birdseye is just astonishing!

Cool nice snag and great neck! What color is it hard to tell looks Silver.

It is a mix between blue and silver...asked in the DOB topic to know for sure :D

The neck is awesome though it feels very different with the V shape. The guitar must have 10+ years and you can tell it was played and rocked. Frets are still in great shape, and the years give the wood life. It feels amazing! The EMGs sound killer through the MkV, and the best tone is in the mid-gain area. In that spot, the guitar is unbeatable!

congrats on the Luke, is must be awesome going through the boogie,

Thanks! It breathes fire through the boogie!

great score and this neck looks insane!
btw. do you use a 110V Mesa Mk V?

It is a 110v, but I bought an adapter (500wts) to run it through 220v which is the power here in Chile...never had any issues!
