Well Axis is either Floyd or Hardtail
I assume you are talking about Axis Supert Sport. I'm using mine in a moderate way and I have really no tuning stability
The vintage trem is really perfect. Steve Lukather is using it kind of intensivly and it works for him I guess it will work for most of us

mate the vintage trem on the Axis Super Sport is fabulous, stays in tune PERFECTLY. mild or wild abuse, seriously they are fantastic and dont lose tuning at all. best trem in the universe.
