Hey guys, obviously I'm a noob here and I'm looking at getting into a Reflex. I REALLY like the way the 25 Anniversary looks with the trans finish and all, but the Reflex is RIGHT here and who knows if I could find the an anniversary ever, especially in Arkansas!

That said the Reflex I'm looking at is at GC. It's white with creme trim. I emailed EBMM and they said it was a part of a special GC run a while back and it has the Axis pups etc. etc. So my first question is this, am I short-changing myself getting this one since it is oddball?

Next, I have a modded Marshall 2204 and a Super Reverb as my "big" amps, and for this bar band I'm in now I'm using a Marshall Class 5 and Vibro-Champ in Stereo to keep the volume down. That said, most clips I've seen have had Mesas and/or Axe Fx units. So I'm just wondering if the Marshalls don't play well with the basswood?

Anyhow, thanks for the help in advance!

Luke,
This guitar plays great with any amp ! It is the most versatile guitar in my arsenal. It sounds great through my Egnater Renegade 65 as well as my Fender Cybertwin(modeling amp.) The chambered wood body gives resonance & sustain that is unsurpassed. There are still a few 25th's out there. Try Robbie at GC Dallas, 682-225-0221. I think he still has one. PM me for what I believe to be a fair price. And yes, the pickups are the same as the Axis.
