I can only see it's('a) silhouette

I' d say a luke.

The top horn looks more like a Silo (potentially a Pet).
The darkness in the center also looks to be a pickguard which points to being a Silo.
The part that makes me think Petrucci is the bottom end of the guitar. The Pet has a taper whereas the Silo has a fully rounded (almost circular) contour.

It's got to be either a Pet or a Silo !?

if anybody knows what band has a girl singing and playing a musicman guitar you could probably figure it out that way

The markings on the headstock make me think Silo.
