The restaurant that put me in the hospital, and had me doing the Aztec two-step for a week, has closed it's doors for good!

Seems they had more than a few of us with that same sort of reaction!

You just can't go around poisoning the populace!

I feel much better now!

Just follow my rule. Never eat cajun food anyplace where the ambient humidity is below 70% and you'll be fine. It goes bad if there's not enough moisture in the air.
