Ok so I have a voicemail with support, but would still like the opinion of those who may have more experience dealing with EBMM than I.

I just bought my first EBMM guitar, a 7 string Majesty used via Reverb. It appears that it was slightly crushed in shipping, resulting in some damage to the bridge and one of the mounting posts, as well as minor damage to the case. I don't see the trem listed under available parts, and seeing how it's a proprietary design i have no other options, so how difficult (and expensive) is it to obtain a replacement? I technically don't need the saddles, as I could transfer those over from my existing bridge.

So how awesome has customer service been, especially for you second hand market guys? Should I expect my call retuned today with a reasonable solution provided? Or do I need to start thinking outside the box for getting my guitar 100%?

You can buy proprietary parts, but you generally have to send the old ones to MM first (so as to remove them from the market).

Personally, if it were me, I'd want the guitar sent to MM for repair so everything could be evaluated. Don't know how feasible that is, though, given this transaction. Maybe give customer service a call or email (take some pictures) and go from there.
