OFF TOPIC: Speaker Suggestions?

Last Saturday during practice the speaker in my amp blew, I have been searching high and low for a good replacement speaker, any suggestions?

My amp is a pre-Gibson Trace Elliot GP7 SM 300 watt 1 X15" combo...

I have been thinking about getting a new amp, but a new speaker is a heck of alot cheaper!

Any help would be appreciated...

Eminence are used as OEM for many manufacturers, and are widely available as aftermarket replacements. They make two 300w 15" models, including a lightweight model with a neodym magnet.

Yeah, what Mark said. I have a pair of their Delta Lite's in my Ampeg B12r/B15s, big improvement and a great weight reduction.
