As I recall, a lot of people were pretty excited about likely seeing one of the new EB Wah's at the Open House event. Since the event I haven't heard a single mention of it, too many stories about custom one off basses, and drinking with Steve Lukather and lots of other coolness. (no envy there) ... Was it there, did anyone try it??

I asked about the wah at one point, but the schedules were pretty tight, so I think it slipped through the cracks.

That's OK though.. we had the best weekend imaginable, and we know the wah will be great when it hits the scene.

Besides, now BP still has the wah available as forum torture! :D

Right on, Tommy. I, like everyone else here, got so wrapped up in the event that we forgot to whip out the wah pedals! I'll try to get pics to post Monday, and have some questions for you all about "what a Wah should be in 2005"?

BTW Tommy, thanks so much to you and Janice for coming by and taking me to lunch! I thoroughly enjoyed spending the time with both of you. It was great playing together and comparing "notes". They say that behind every great man is a great woman, and Janice more than proves that!

Cheers!

Sounds great, Dudley!

I'll have to put my thinkin' cap on... I've never really thought about what I wanted in a wah pedal except that the thing worked when I stomped on it.. (and wasn't scratchy due to dirty potentiometers).

Can't wait to read your questions..

I guess I can't ask for any more than that ;) I'm pretty curious about them.

bump

I am very gently bumping this thread, in the hope that Dudley has a little time this week to feed our Wah lust. :)
