spencer....what are you talking about? Must not be the bass I played this morning

Ughh!! I was hoping you wouldn't find that post, but nothing ever gets by you. Just from the one I played for a few minutes it just gave off more of a bongo tone [which I did own] not bad at the same time NOT a sterling or a stingray. I also found the pickup configurations didn't have such an impact change from setting to setting as my sterling h/s does.

I know Im probably wrong and im mainly talking about 1st coil and 2nd coil v.s. 1st coil and 3rd coil, when enabled together. But Im going down this weekend to The Perfect Bass and Ill give one a second test drive.. I want to like em since they look so sweet, we will see.

frankly im 100% sure im gonna like it. MM makes basses & guitars i like. their style clicks with my taste - that's why I have so many.

tomorrow's the day! ive got a set of stainless hybrid slinkys waiting for her arrival. :) Now all i gotta do is think of what to name her
