hello.
First of all, I am not good at English, so I wrote it with the help of Google Translate. Even if the words are awkward, I ask for your understanding.

I bought an old jp7 model used. (Manufactured on August 16, 2001)
It's an old guitar, so there are a lot of rusty parts, so I'm doing maintenance recently, and I'm contacting you because a problem was discovered.

1. The contamination of the bridge was serious, so while disassembling and cleaning it, I confirmed that there are two types of piezo saddles, normal and reverse. I want to know the exact arrangement of strings 1 through 7.

2. The 2 piezo saddles seem to have a problem and need to be replaced with new ones. I ordered a replacement piezo 7 string guitar saddle set from the EBMM shop, but upon checking again after purchase, it says that a new piezo preamplifier may be needed. Do I really need a new preamplifier? And how much does the new preamp cost?

3. Can I buy the bridge plate? The pivot post screws have a lot of damage to them and I want to replace them with new ones, but I don't know how to get them.

4. Can I purchase replacement parts for the soldered output jacks on my piezo preamplifier? The corrosion is at a serious level, so after disassembling everything and washing it with Deoxit, it is in use without any problems, but it would be better to replace it.

I sent an email to [email protected], but I didn't get a reply, so I'm leaving a message here.

Hello Ray

Welcome aboard. If you can post pictures, it can help.
I am a bit surprised that you have problems of corrosion (but I live in France where the climate is temperate). Do you know the history of your guitar ?
