Dooods!! Ok, so I know that most of my professional work is within the Christian music scene BUT I do still have likes outside of this genre and one of my "shaping" influences as far as composition and orchestration within a Rock sense has got to be Trent Reznor of NIN, granted I think Trent's lost the plot in a few areas but he IS an amazing musician and composer AND has contributed some highly groovey bass lines over the years but get a load of this picture from his site:

a bit smaller, like a Sterling.
