is there a way to recieve messages to your email when a thread has been replied to that you have posted on

Im a member over at the Boogieboard(mesa boogie forum)and when ever a thread I have posted on has been replied to I recieve a message to my hotmail


can this be done on this site???

When you reply, there's a drop down menu at the bottom of the page to subscribe to the thread and choose your notification type.
