I havent bought a new bass in a while. So I need help. The StingRay 5 I looked at today at GC was egyptian smoke, python pg, and matching headstock. Im paying with good old cash money (ive saved up about $1500). Whats the lowest I could get them to go, and how much should my first offer be?

One of the things we've recently decided is that dealers are not allowed to post discount prices on EB products, so we won't violate that policy here on the forums.

Since I read your post before editing and locking, I will tell you that it's a pretty decent price. I paid about 100 bucks less that that in late 99 for a new SR5 without all the fancy add-ons.
