Because it's the "one off" his wall?

It's the guitar he stole when he was "off one" hit of crack?

Good question!

Looks a lot like misrepresentation to me. caveat emptor

Well I understand it!

Its a "rare" white sparkle JP! ;)

...just kidding :D

I know some people are desperate to sell something (although I really don't understand why someone wants to sell a white sparkle JP), but I get a bit annoyed when they put this kind of bullsh*t in their discription.

Cud, it's one of a kind because the White Sparkle finish was only available thru 2002-2003. He got it in 2004, so that's what makes it special.

I agree these statements some sellers make are wrong, but at the same time I totally understand why they do it. 90% of the people who might bid, probably believe every word of it, and if the seller gets a better price because of it, well its hard to argue with that. Every seller is going to want their item listing to be a special edition, or limited, rare, hard to get, AAAA+ Flame top, custom Dimarzio, etc... We all know better, but most probably don't.

It could be because he is an EBMM artist and had the sparkle finish done for him after the sparkle were discontinued, or it could be the guy is just laying some bull-sh*t to try and sell the guitar.

Glenn, that's basically what he said. His exact words were: "This is the ONLY white sparkle made since the color was discontinued. That makes it one off"

That said, does anyone give s#@t? I mean, I'd be just as interested in it if it were made during the production run of that color. The fact that it was made in 04 means nothing to me. Should it?

It's sweet though. I love that color.

Dave, it is sweet. Yah well like Blackspy said if it helps sell the item, I don't really agree with it, but such is life.

Ernie's right, this has been on the Bay before.

Aren't all the "sparklies" one of a kind, rare, you will never get it, only made so many??!?!!? Just a sales pitch to get you to buy.

Nice axe and all irregardless of the "sales" tactic.
