...(well, not exactly make your day but...)

My current order:

Ernie Ball MusicMan Luke, carbon blue pearlescent, matching headstock, piezo tremolo ;)

You have permission to put up a "told you so" and if Doug's problem does manifest then teh soldering iron and a second battery can be wired up instead.
As for the sunburst...sorry, I just can't be persuaded to buy a brown guitar, no matter what you say!!! If only Pacific Blue Burst was a Luke option :(

Though I've had to cancel the Axis order. Our central heating boiler went on the blink on Monday. That's £800-1000 gone

I'll get it in good time. though I'm intrigued to see what NAMM brings. Then again, I'm dreading them announcing lots of new Luke colours including transparent blue finishes

Forget me, You'll be very glad you went for the piezo. Just adds a complete other dimension for creativity and sound. My hunch is if your not done with the 2 tunes for friend and son by the time you get the Luke, you'll be inspired and finish 'em up within a week after it arrives.

Maybe doug got a lemon

(BTW doug, if you're reding this, e-mail me when your band is playing, I wanna go!)

Good health to your family and especially your son.

Keith, have you got the Potato Salad CD? Well worth a purchase for anyone out there that's missed it. I'm still hugely impressed by it

Oh, and the third Los Lobotomys album is now available. It's an '88 live album entitled The Ofiicial Bootleg :D

Thanks for the message Keith. The same in return to you. A rough start to the week as he spent Sunday-Tuesday back in hospital but he's much better now and getting very excited about tomorrow :D
