Ordering backplate / rubber knobs for JP6

For JP6 EBMM, if its possible to buy tremolo backplate and rubber knobs anywhere? My backplate has some buckle marks and one rubber thing broke, so i would like to get replacement.. Any online stores have these parts?

You would have to call EB Customer Service to get those parts.
