Don't despair... the item ended unsold, in fact there's no mention of winning buyer, therefore unless the seller ended it because he sold it outside ebay, if you contact the seller via ebay, chances are you might still be able to buy it.

The seller is a knucklehead - gearhunter420, so maybe PM him an offer?

Thanks for the plug Mark. Yes the fretless DD Bongo 4HH is still available. I am not really sure if I want to sell it, because of the collectability, but I also have a fretted DD Bongo 4HH, a DD SR4 and a DD SR4HH, a DDII Bongo 5H, and a DDII Bongo4HHP, so really how many DD's does one person need? But I am not a fretless player either, and am lucky enough to be getting married again in July, and need a down payment for a house. SO I probably will need to reduce my collection by 20-30. I guess it just remains to see which ones.

PS how is my Buttercream Bongo doing. Probably the only instrument I regret selling. I would sure like to find another one someday.

I wondered what you were talking about until I checked my profile and noticed a couple of "friends" there who I don't even know. I don't use the "social networking" features of the forum, so I deleted them. That's what Facebook is for.
