Caveaut (did I spell that right, eh, I dont care):
Dont know if she or anyone in her band is an EB artist. However, I did want to give her some props.
Snagged this CD Wreck of the Day, by Anna Nalick from my sister. She liked the bass on it, and thus passed it on to me. Ive trained her well.
All in all, I wanted to give this CD some thumbs up. Cool arangements, vocal lines/hooks, and strays from the cookie cutter pop music road. Im very impressed by the bass lines on this CD. Most are simple lines, but the bassist, Brad Smith, has a very cool feel, and his lines really left me saying, "this guy doesnt just play the bass, he feels the bass".
Thats all. Anyone dig Anna Nalick?
