Just bought my friend Rick's SWR Baby Blue for an excellent price. It is a sweet sounding amp. This is Rick and me posed beside it.

That '76 P-bass he is holding is antigua ..... no really. You can see where the refinished black has rubbed off revealing the original antigua finish. Antigua is to Fender as Heinz is to MM.

I love SWR stuff. It just reproduces the natural sound of the instrument, with very little coloration. I have a Supe Redhead. Enjoy yours!

I love the old SWR rigs... the BBlue is, as said above, an awsome low level rig. I still have one of my Silverado Specials and the Pre-Fndr stuff rocks! Should be a nice match for your EBMM gear :)

My Super Redhead is pre-fender. I have heard that the quality of the amps is the same now, though.

Can't compare anything to my Silverado, but I had some trouble with a few of their post-Fndr product - AND- CS has slid WAY downhill since the takeover (one of my WORST CS experiences EVER [and it happened over a months time with different reps]).

Well they are becoming legendary for piss poor customer support.
