Hi All!

I would really appreciate some advise on this. Thing is: I need a new combo for gig´s. I am Really in love with Eden amps and have come down to either a Nemesis 320W 4x10" or a 250W 2x10". I have played the 2x10 and I didn´t have to tweak any at all to get "my" sound out of it, it sounded great! I also found in the same price range a F***er Bassman amp 250W 2x10" but haven´t found anyone to try out.

So my question is have anyone tried the F***** bassman with a SR5? Anyone know what would be more an "allround" amp? I´m sure they all play loud enough for my needs, (had a gig tonight with my 100W 1x15" for 400 people and it almost made it, fingers sore though) I know that in the end it all comes down to your playing style and technique to be allround but anyways...

so... eden or fender...

Thanks alot bassladys & gents!:p
(please forgive me for posting other brand names here...)

Ive played all sorts of basses through a fender bassman, including a sr5 a long time ago. It sounded okay, B was pretty clear, but i tihnk teh eden would be better.

How much you want to spend...because I heard a dude playing through a GK 1001rb II and a NEO 212 cab and it was absolutely stunning. I play through an Eden Metro on top of an Eden 210XLT and I wanted to sell it all right there.......well, not really but it was nice (and really light too). Cost you around $1200 unless you get a nice deal somewhere.....

Well i think i´m going to spend about $1000 (in sweden everything is very expensive, ´bet that GK would cost about $1500 here), and i have thought about Head and cab.... but I mostly go to gigs and practice by bus or train so i must have a combo that is light weight & loud. :D

eden or fender -> easy choice, go eden man:

IMHO they go really well with active basses, the stingray in particular...
i've had mine for about 6months - solid construction, great tone flat, even better tone with some tweaking, and one thing is that its pretty powerful for a small combo - always surprises guitarists
