OT: Help me learn this tune...

Hey all, off topic, but I was trying to figure out The Alarm's Sold Me Down the River today - are they just tuned down or is it an alternate D tuning? I haven't messed much with alternate tunings... Thanks, Dave

THey were on that VH1 show where they sneak up on broken up bands and get them back together for one show - it was pretty cool. Made me dust off my old cd "Standards" - some good solid guitars in there...
