I emailed Dan McPherson yesterday about a serial #, and he promptly responded this morning, this is what customer is all about, treating everybody like there somebody. he didn't have to respond that quick, It was just a question about the age of my instrument. this and the amazing products is what sets this company apart from the rest, Thanks again Dan.

whoops, It's actually an '06. It was born on 2/24/06 and it is in new cond. the guy I won the auction from sent some pics it only has some minor fingernail scratches and that it. I will have it in my hands on wed. or thus.

I wish EBMM made cars too, gotta take the GM in for a new front end in the morning. No I don't expect it to be covered by the warranty, I don't want nothing for free, I just wish it wouldn't take three trips and I know damn well it's going to.

Dan is a great guy, he's helped me before, you're in good hands with Dan.

Thanks mark, I understand about not calling customer service for petty things, I am an assistant manager for a Guitar center here and I have dealt with most of the folks in customer service over the last 4-5 years. the reason I had to email Dan is I was getting an SR5 off of Ebay and the serial just didn't seem right for what the configuration of the bass was, I was wanting confirmation to make sure I wasn't getting burned, this is the second time in 5 years that I have contacted CS for a personal reason, I normally only deal with the fine folks at CS regarding questions or concerns that one of my customers might have, and these great people haven't let me down yet and I don't suppose they will.
