If you want an honest opinion, I'd say the graffic is ok, but the catch phrase would have been better suited in the 80s unless your main client is 13 years old.
Even then, today's 13 year olds are quite intelligent in comparison to 25 years ago. Personally I'd ditch the phrase in search of something a little bit better. I mean I understand what you're trying to accomplish, but have missed it in my opinion. Sorry, you asked.
